Mastin Electric and any of its employees or agents have the right to enter the Customer’s premises or any other premises where the Goods are known to be stored without notice to repossess them. The Customer agrees to grant Mastin Electrical reasonable access rights and do all necessary to secure repossession of the Goods.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, any invoice issued by Mastin Electrical must be paid within thirty (30) days of the date on which the invoice is issued. If the Customer does not make payment of an invoice by the due date, then the Customer will be liable to pay interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2.5% per annum.
